How should I store my Jamón Ibérico once it arrives?

Whole bone-in hams should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once sliced, cover the exposed surface with the fat trimmed from the ham and a clean kitchen towel. Vacuum-sealed packs should be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours of opening.

What is the difference between Jamón Ibérico de Bellota and Cebo?

Bellota refers to pigs that have been free-roaming in oak forests and fed a diet strictly of acorns during the 'Montanera' season. Cebo refers to pigs fed on high-quality grain. Bellota is prized for its higher oleic acid content and more complex, nutty flavor profile.

How long does shipping take within the USA?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the perishable nature of some products, we may delay shipping during extreme heatwaves to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Beher USA only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations at this time.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a full replacement or refund.

Are your products gluten-free?

Most of our traditional cured meats, including our Jamón and Paleta, are naturally gluten-free. However, we recommend checking the specific product description or ingredient label for each item to confirm allergen information.
